About GUCAR

Not all real estate licensees are REALTORS®.  REALTORS® subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and continually expand their education through their membership in their local association of REALTORS®, as well as their state and national associations. GUCAR provides educational training and the professional conduct guidelines and enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. This GUCAR  web site brings to the consumer information about our REALTOR® members, county and community information, and other helpful information that will assist you in your real estate endeavors. Questions may be directed to our e-mail at info@gucar.com.

GUCAR also supports its' communities with such thing as the Bobby Fund Raffle sponsored by the REALTOR® Community Services Committee.
